In November, a severe storm front resulted in multiple areas of damage to my home. When contacted by our property manager, SERVPRO responded so quickly that no rot or mildew damage occurred.

Working through the night, SERVPRO removed all our valuables quickly, and immediately started the process of taking care of all of the damage. They worked closely with our insurance company, and even in still freezing weather, got the job complete in a reasonable amount of time.

When it came time to put everything back, SERVPRO put everything back in its original location, down to putting the books back on the shelves in their original order!

Would we use them again? Absolutely!

AWESOME service from start to finish. Took care of moving shipment that was moldy. Cleaned my 1700's antique furniture, silk rugs and 150 year old heirloom quilts. Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Would use again without question.

SERVPRO is awesome!!!! I have had trouble with a rented apartment with cat urine, they responded quickly and have gone above and beyond to fix the problem. I called them because of a mold type problem we had in a room at work, they took care of that right away. My Mother also had a water break in her pipes in the ceiling of her house, she is 87 yrs old and they did EVERYTHING to take extra good care of her. It was a pleasure to do business with your people when we had a water leak and subsequent mold problems. They came and cut out the carpet where it had been wet, removed a section of the wall to check for mold and set up their drying equipment, above and below the floor. They exuded confidence in their job, making me feel like they knew what they were doing and explained things along the way. I am the town manager of Rico Colorado. I hired SERVPRO to chase the bats out of the historic Rico Town Hall attic and then do the clean up. They were reliable, efficient and thorough. They were also a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them for any type of work.

We had a 2nd story water leak that took out the kitchen ceiling below. While minor in comparison to most of the jobs they do, this was relatively devastating for us. We came home from a weekend away to find a burst pipe.  These guys, Zac, Theo, and Austin, were at our house less than 24 hours later with equipment and proceeded to set up to dry our floors out.  Theo and Austin worked four days ripping up flooring, ripping out bathrooms, packing our belongings, moving our furniture, and they kept us up on everything that was happening with the demolition, packing, and storing.  We can NOT say enough positive things about these guys and this company!  Conscientious, courteous, and professional all the way!  Thank you, Theo, Austin, Zac, and SERVPRO!

The guys at SERVPRO were awesome. So professional and friendly. We woke up to a flooded house (after a waterline broke) and within a few hours they showed up and took care of everything. They took pictures for the insurance and walked us through everything they were doing. I would use them again in a heartbeat (but cross my fingers I wont have to). When Paul came to get the dehumidifiers and fans, he even gathered all the towels we had laid out on the sidewalk and put them in a pile on my porch for me. Seriously awesome!

These guys were awesome! They helped me with water damage at a house I take care of and I couldn't have asked for a better group of guys to do the job. Keith and his team did a great job of cleaning our soot covered ceilings, walls, carpets, and ducts left from an oven fiasco. I did a good amount of research on other cleaning and restoration companies in town, and in the end decided that SERVPRO, as a true restoration services company, would probably do the best and most efficient job. I am sure I made the right decision, because after only 3 days the job was done, and our house once more looks bright and clean.
