The state of Colorado adheres to strict guidelines due to CO Reg 8 when it comes to the handling of ANY asbestos containing materials (ACM). In the state of Colorado, anything over 32 square feet of material MUST be sampled prior to demolition. 

SERVPRO of Archuleta, La Plata, Montezuma, & San Juan Co's is a certified Asbestos Consulting Firm. Our owner, Keith Harlan, and Production Manager, Zac Fosco, recently attended an annual certification class to maintain their status as certified Colorado Building Inspectors which allows them to assess and collect any potential ACM.

These certifications are maintained by SERVPRO of Archuleta, La Plata, Montezuma, & San Juan Co's in order to protect the health and safety of all residents in Southwest Colorado.
