Failed Swamp Cooler Damages Durango Area Home

This family residence experienced serious water damage after a water line to the swamp cooler burst causing the ceiling to collapse. Specialized equipment was then placed to dehumidify and dry the area.  We performed daily moisture content monitoring to ensure the process was working correctly until the structure was dry and a contractor was called in to replace the insulation and drywall.
