Hoarder House Renovation

SERVPRO of Archuleta, La Plata, Montezuma & San Juan Counties was called out to Cortez, Colorado by a family member of the owner who is now in an assisted living facility.  The family wanted to make sure the house would be habitable for when the owner returned or they decided to sell the property.  After performing the initial clearing of debris it was determined that a slow water leak went un-noticed for a very long time caused severe damage to the drywall and flooring plus created a mold issue in the kitchen area.  Our team pulled out the cabinetry, appliances and fixtures, removed the damaged drywall and then cleaned and dried the structure.
